I stayed in a 2 room non smoking king suite. In the past, it was definitely a smoking room. There was an obvious smoke smell to it. The bathroom was mostly clean. I paid $190 for the night which for the cleanliness and smoke I thought it was a bit high. Not sure what the average in the area is, but I'd recommend checking elsewhere.
