Great location and near everything
The heat didn’t work and the hotel didn’t offer any alternatives, compensation, or sympathy.
First room they sent us into wasn't clean. Second room they put us in someone was already in there! Didn't comp anything or upgrade anything. Tried to get our money back for second night at noon and they wouldn't give us our money back. We will never stay there again.
I'm used to hotels coming in and cleaning, so after I came in after the second day I was surprised to find that they hadn't come in to clean.
Great Value for the Price
Friendly staff, great location, and very comfortable. Best deal in town!
Could be difficult to find parking at times.
This place is an awesome value. For our "guys only" ski trips in the past, we stayed in standard, cramped, inexpensive hotels far from the slopes. For just a little more, we stayed in a condo- a private master bed & bath, with a second (non-private) bedroom (bunk bed) and bathroom, a kitchenette, and a den... all within a couple of miles of Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. The master bedroom had plenty of space for large suitcases & ski gear. The den has a fireplace, but we didn't use it. The kitchenette is very modern granite & stainless. Indoor pool and hot tub are great. They also have a free shuttle service to the resorts.
The bathrooms are very outdated, but clean. The bedroom furniture was very worn down, but clean and functional. The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The heating/cooling system struggled. There seemed to be lots of popping pipe sounds, loud bathroom exhaust fans, and general rattles, but we never heard TVs or neighbor's voices.
