Stains on the carpet, VERY SMALL ROOM AND WASHROOM, door was locked at night when trying to get in. Had to wait for desk person to open it.
Rooms too small.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the location as well.
Extremely poor condition of the rooms at hotel. Carpeting very worn and dirty. Furniture was falling apart and worn out so bad the fabric had holes in it. Wallpaper old, dirty and worn out.
This is not what I expected when selecting a 4 star hotel. The air conditioner was barely functioning, the bedding had stains and the room smelled like a combination of sweat and smoke. The elevator was only used once, not trusted enough to try again.
It is not a 4 start hotel. No coffee set in the room Missing hangers for towels Not enough electricity plugins Dusty room Curtains are old full of dusty Staff not speaking English and won't able to recommend appropriately about restaurants or o
Was small but graceful in décor, and cozy.
The hotel employee was so busy by four o'clock on, packed wall-to-wall with cafes and wine bars.
1) not enough electric outlets 2)extremely worn decor 3)plaster deterioration sloughing off 4)simply, not a 4star hotel
The location and one of the from desk personal which I don't remember her name.
Yes the staff, front desk staff, very small, rude and not helpful.
Great little boutique hotel on a bustling street with an active nightlife. We loved it, but may not the best if you are looking for a quiet nights. Amazing, helpful, friendly multilingual staff.
It was right in the heart of everything and easy to get to everything period also there was multiple restaurants that were available to you whether be French Italian or Chinese or Japanese or whatever you choosing on the streets I would go back 100 times
Our first room was very small but who spends all their time in the room the second night we changed over to the next size room which was no problem and it was beautiful and you could open the windows and see the streets enjoy all of Paris
Friendly staff on site 24/7; great, lively location in Les Halles neighborhood; clean & comfortable rooms
The hair dryer didn't work in our room, but no other major complaints
location is WONDERFUL. Cafe's, shops...very busy, in a fun way. The nightlife was very active, people just sitting at cafes having coffee and conversation. It was lovely. Also, very close to the Louvre.
As stated, the bathrooms are TINY. you kind of have to pivot around the sink to sit at the toilet...and wiping is a delicate space challenge. Comparable to an airplane bathroom with a one person shower too, but prettier! Also, our AC wasnt super effective
