Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb location, especially its proximity to Gare du Nord and public transport, making it ideal for travelers. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Many guests found the rooms and beds clean and comfortable, though some noted issues with air conditioning and room size.
