Pros (+) Everything was spotless, staff delivered caring customer service in a wonderful way and treated me like an individual and the hotel itself is very well located and beautiful
Cons (-) I know this is Paris and a 5 star hotel, but the bar and restaurant prices were excessive in my opinion. The in room desks are not the most comfortable to work on due to their old fashioned design and wooden chairs

Pros (+) View of Tuileries and Eiffel Tower was marvelous. Staff were delightful.
Cons (-) It's a little tired. Rooms with view of courtyard are dark. Food service is lackluster and expensive. Breakfast was cold and slow. Decor is very worn. Salon is trying so hard but misses chic by a mile. Staff are charming.
