Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. Treat the loyal Marriott Bonvoy elites better with upgrades. Replace worn carpet on stairs and paint the white trim. Offer late afternoon or evening happy hour.
Fabulous boutique hotel in an outstanding location walkable to the Eiffel Tower
Like everything in Paris, it’s pricey, But not disproportionately more than anything else.
I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions it's location is probably it's best asset. The staff are friendly and efficient the hotel is in my opinion what I would expect a Parisian hotel to be. Will hopefully return in the near future.
There is nothing that I don't like about the hotel. It may not suit everyone but it is perfect for me.
breakfast until 11:30 was amazing after a late night in Paris The champagne bar amazing as well. Really loved it
Loved the old building and the history of the place. This Hotel says "you're in Paris", as did the view of the Eiffle Tower from our room. The breakfast room was absolutely charming and breakfast became one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was good quality and crisp. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect, heaps of places to eat no matter which direction you walk. Plus I counted 2 convenience stores/supermarkets, one across the road and the other 50m away, 2 pharmacies etc. You get the picture!
This is a five star hotel and charges like one and we had a couple of hot days during our stay. The air conditioning was hopeless. We were on the top floor and the room was like a sauna. It was very uncomfortable all night. The metal roof heats up pretty fast and radiates heat into the room. Luckily we were able to open the windows all night. Very disappointing and unacceptable for the price.
Nestled in the storied 16th arrondissement, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, Le Dokhan's, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Paris encapsulates the charm of the City of Light. Inside our Belle Époque building a warm welcome awaits, highlighted by authentic works of art by Matisse and Picasso and the delicate scent of a custom-made fragrance. Though we're located in the city center, we're a world away from the hustle and bustle - a boutique retreat that's more like an intimate residence than a hotel. 45 immaculately designed rooms and suites emulate chic Parisian apartments, with home-like amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, pillowtop beds, complimentary smartphone usage and premium Carita toiletries. Have a seat in a velvet armchair and sip a drink at Bar Le Dokhan's, Paris' first cocktail bar; private gatherings can be arranged here as well. If you're in the mood to explore, the city center is right at your fingertips; walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Avenue Victor Hugo and more.
