friendly recepition staff bathroom is quite big
room is smaller than photo desk is right to the baathroom, no good for if eating dinner at the table.
Really like the 14th Arr.
Room was not cleaned one day but was the next.
I stayed 2 weeks there! Yes you read it right. Two weeks (13 nights)! Mainly for working reasons. The staff! Oh my goodness! They're so kind and friendly! I loved that. Both receptionists and cleaning staffs are easy to talk and give you information (especially regarding the strike), etc. Thanks for the the CityMapper app that was a lifesaver! The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean. And my room was exactly as advertised on their website and booking. I definitely recommend. I can't talk about breakfast. I don't eat in the morning so I did not take it. Oh just something: I propose that you give a bottle of water in your fridge (I forgot to ask for that, so I don't know if it's already available in other rooms).
The absence of airport shuttle. Anyway the hotel is near Pernety (M13) and Alésia (M4) metro lines. So you can take either one to Denfert-Rochereau to take the Orlybus. I did it by feet from the hotel because of the current strike and it's a 15-20 minute walk. Not bad.
Really obnoxious staff, they didn't understand our requests specified during the booking and skipped the electricity in the room and we didn't have it for 2 days. Flag of the structure broken and slammed all night without letting us sleep. Breakfast closed at 9.30 when they told us 10.30. And for 10€ for person very bad breakfast. For the inconveniences they offered us free breakfasts but during check out we had to pay them. In short, a very bad structure.
Everything was really nice, although it was a little dark for makeup in the bathroom and the mirror in the room was very narrow (~30cm)
