Terrible. 1- did not have cribs left 2- mattress had no cover; kids beds had no blanked 3- mattress needs an URGENT change. It was a W 4- they don’t turn the room On the positive, the lobby is nice and it’s a good location. Def closer to a motel
So we got their late. They put us in a room that already had people in it. And then my daughter got bed bugs so yeah horrible don’t stay here.
Pros:Location was nice
Cons:Our group rate for dance Convention was $149 but I could have booked same room outside of the group for $101!!!!! Group rates are supposed to be better! Also there was a big bug on the wall.

Cons:The food. It was bland, over priced, and not very fresh.
Pros:Front Desk always was understaffed with unhelpful manager always leering at lines ten deep, buildings and rooms are very dated. Bed and seating in the room was uncomfortable. Room could be noisy in the right circumstances, i could hear my neighbor while in the bathroom, as well as the odors...
Cons:Pool was large and clean. Lots of chain restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance.

Cons:Our room had a view on a concrete wall Lots of noise coming from our neighbors (connecting rooms). Not well noise insulated.
Pros:Location, facilities were clean particularly for the price. Pleasant visit.
Pros:The room was well priced for the area. Very convenient to dining and tourist attractions.
Cons:Rooms were hot! Air-conditioning did not keep room cool enough.
