This Renaissance Is absolutely not up to the Renaissance standards. The AC controls are from the 1970s, the room would not cool past 70°, the shower head and air intake in the bathroom were disgustingly filthy. The executive lounge for members is a joke. Cons (-) The cuts the hotel has made in the name of COVID are showing. We practically had to beg for clean towels. It took four attempts before we had a fresh set. The room was nice, but given we needed the elevator to get to our rooms and there was only a single functional elevator all week, it made things difficult. Pros (+) I’m a creature of habit so I’m comfortable with the location and the things to do in the area.
Cons (-) Still haven’t received my copy of the room charges etc. The new policy for breakfast as it pertains to members with status is a joke and extremely disappointing.
