Nice staff, if you ask something they will provide it. My original room the hot water was not somehow working. Within an hour they moved me to a room with hot water. Continental Breakfast and coffee basic, same as in Germany or England. They simply charge you less at this hotel. Also plenty of nice and inexpensive food near within walking distance. When I wanted to go someplace, I would ask the front desk, how much the taxi would charge me and they would even write it for me on a piece of paper. Out of the hotel the taxis wanted double the money. I live and work in Canada, but I had a Ukrainian cell number for the nearly 3 weeks I stayed there.
The rooms are a little small, but mattresses were good enough and comfortable, for me, same as expensive hotels....For the prices they charge, they are very good indeed.
