Pros: This hotel is in a fantastic location, with beautiful gardens. Housekeeping staff did a great job everyday.

Cons: The food was just ok, it lacked variation and imagination, probably because they cater to the English. Most of the staff were lovely and very accommodating, however it was spoiled by one member of staff who worked at the adult pool most of the week, he just couldn't be bothered and left you standing at the bar waiting to be served. This was a completely different case on the Sunday as a different member of staff covered for the day, he couldn't do enough for you, therefore he received a tip at the end of they day, the other didn't. Lastly, the guys at the main pool trying to encourage you to join in with the pool games etc, one continually SHOUTED ! it felt intimidating, the other told us we were a waste of his time !!! If I wanted to join in I would and no-one would need to encourage me, let alone push you into it, that was the last day we spent at that pool.

Cons: The view from the room and the food

Pros: Everything This hotel is the best we have ever been to friendly, helpful staff. A wide selection of good quality food. Rooms comfortable and kept clean on a daily basis. Entertainment superb Plenty of Sun beds. We were a party of 5 adults. Our only complaint is we can’t get a booking for next year

Cons: Entertainment wasn't always great as it was end of season but when it was good it was really good! Disappointed to see processed köfte on menu one night!

Pros: 1. Large area of land belongs to the hotel so it's not very crowded. 2. Good quality of food in the all-inclusive restaurant. 3. Energetic entertainment team. 4. Nice spa (though not included in the cost of accommodation). 5. The majority of guests during our stay were elderly people so it was quiet (might be seen as a disadvantage by younger people).

Cons: As we booked our stay months in advance, it was very good value for money. However, in my personal opinion, this is absolutely not a 5-star hotel by any standards (although claimed as such): 1. The condition of furniture in the room - it's okay but starting to look and feel just a little bit weary (I've seen better furnished and equipped rooms in a solid 3-star hotel in Russian Far East, Chukotka). 2. The condition of hotel's beach chairs and umbrellas on the public beach is not good, and nobody seems to look after hotel's equipment on the public beach: chairs and umbrellas for public rent are well arranged while hotel's beach equipment is just scattered around its designated area. 3. Many of the beach towels are in inappropriate condition (once in 3-4 times you are given a towel with stains on it). 4. Tennis bats and balls at begging for replacement. 5. Poor quality of laundry detergent used by the hotel laundry: my wife gave her white shirt to the hotel laundry; afterwards, when she washed that same shirt at home, it turned pink (she washed the shirt by hand separately from anything else) - this is just unacceptable. To sum up, the hotel is quite good value for money when you book well in advance, but don't expect it to be a legitimate 5-star service - it's far from that.

Pros: The bar and restaurant staff were friendly. One of the receptionists were helpful. ( the English speaking one) The pool was ok. Plenty of sun beds.

Cons: The food was not nice. Restaurant was outside.Lots of flys and wasps landing on the food. Cleanliness was poor. I watched the kitchen staff preparing food handleing raw chicken with hands and then wiping sweat off there heads. The tables were never wiped down the whole time I was there. The rooms are too small. Mattress very uncomfortable and smelly with tea and coffee stained. There was chickens, cockerel and various other birds roaming around pooing everywhere and poo tridden in outside room. Staff didn't seem to care about the cleanliness or hygiene. There seems to be no standards. Lots of people complaing of gastric problems 6 out of 10 of our party were sick which is not nice on holiday. Never will I ever go there again. I feel completely unhappy with what I paid and not worth the money at all.

Pros: The swimming pool area, the gardens were lovely and the views were fabulous. Clean towels everyday

Cons: The whole place could do with a facelift, my shower room was very small and no where to put my toiletries out, the food was very good if you were Turkish, the food was cold everyday there was a lot off choices but it was mainly towards the Turkish people it didn’t appeal to us.

Cons: I didn't like the fact our booking was overlooked and had to prove to the hotel manager that I had paid in full...luckily I had printed off the paper work.

Pros: The property was very nice, settled in a beautifull garden with view on the mountains or the see.The staff was very kind and everyday smiling.The hotel was just 10 minutes by walk to the beach.All iclusive very tasty food.

Pros: I was first time in Oludeniz, on my Summer Vacation in August to September - 2019. Of course, I was staying in the All Inclusive Hotel “Alize”, which was listed within the hotels guide as their best room for travelers. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms (not Big room), but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The Indoor Pool was true to the Photographs upon the hotel’s website, large, clean and warm too, it was a great way to start the morning! I was impressed by Account Manager of Hotel Can, even when I asked any questions – he was so kind, very friendly and also extremely helpful, he was able to arrange everything what he can do, and I can say that he did his best! Especially Thanks for Can , God Bless You! He made my visit to Oludeniz that much better. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Very nice service provided by Restaurant staff members and good food quality. Special thanks to restaurant manager for extremely polite and welcoming nature. Alize Hotel was one of the nicest places I stayed in the two weeks I were in Oludeniz. Even though the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, Towels wasn’t great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the some of staff was second to none, I will certainly be staying here again! çok teşekkür ederim! Cons: The room size is small; Towels are old; Air conditioner is also old, thus power-on & switch-off becomes with problem ) Hamam organization desk lady wasn't kind, I haven't hamam on my stay in Alize …

Pros: Most of the staff were friendly and the management were helpful.

Cons: Full of chain smokers who would smoke everywhere including around the kids pool, outside eating area, entertainment area and obviously the bar.

Cons: Staff were not professional Food literally nothing i could eat me and my wife therefore we were eating outside all the time as it was disaster food quality wise Room was not clean as i found so many aunts under the bed and all over te room and when contacted the front desk they did not do anything about it If anyone interested i have a video of that

Cons: Just the internet was not working very well but you really dont need it when you’re in a place like Oludeniz.

Pros: I really liked the location. The staff were very friendly. Especially the chef Adham who makes a super omelette and his soups were great too. Had one of the best Turkish shaves at this hotel too. My one complaint.. mosquitos can be a problem in this area. But due to the heat at night we had to leave the balcony door open. I was eaten alive on two nights. A screen over the door would be very well placed on all balcony doors. Apart from that I have no complaints. Great food. Great pool. Great staff. Definitely would stay again.

Pros: I paid for a deluxe suit and what I liked the most was the outdoor jacuzzi and the mesmerising view of the sea. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons: Overall, I would not reccomend Golden Life Heights hotel. I paid for what was advertised as a "deluxe suite" with the view of the sea. However, when I was taken into my room it was clear to see that the room was nothing like what was advertised on the booking website. I found mould on the floor of the shower, there were stains in the toilet and on the mattress and there was no view of the sea from my room. After confronting the staff at the reception, one staff told me there was a mistake and their hotel has no rooms with a sea view. For this reason I demanded a refund as the company had mislead me. The moment I demanded for a refund a different staff member told me there was a room available with the sea view and managed to direct me to the deluxe suite I paid for. After this inconvenience, I had gone to my room and then realised I only had WIFI connection by the pool and not in my room so everytime I wanted to make a call, I would have to leave my room. Another issue worth mentioning was that on the website it advertised an all inclusive package where there would be 24 hour room service, I then found out that there was no room service at all. This would not have been a problem for me if I was left with clean bedding and clean towels. Furthermore, there was a very selective food menu and there was only two staff members who work for the entire hotel who knew how to speak English. The main reason why I chose the deluxe suit was because it was advertised as sound proof as I like listening to loud music on holiday, that also was not true as we were getting noise complaints from playing music off of a small portable speaker. The staff were okay, I could tell they were trying their best to help. The major complaints were regarding the cleanliness of my room and that we were not given what was advertised on the website. I believe I paid way too much money for the services I recieved. It was a waste of money!

Cons: No tea,coffee facilities in room, bath towel had hole in it. Staff had very little to no English language and could not communicate. Bar snack area left with glasses and plates left on them for considerably time and not cleaned.

Cons: Staff when checking in were horrible, I booked 9 days before arriving and the payment had been taken from my account however they told me they did not have a room for me and my friends. After arguing for an hour for us they finally let us talk to the manager who said he could give us a room. Not satisfied at all with the way we were treated.

Pros: Location was excellent very quiet but easy reach for shops and resturants.

Cons: The all inclusive deal is extremely poor in my opinion. I would never use it again. I did not like the room for the breakfast. It looks like a hopital to me.
