Waiters were charming and great
They offered a room with views and didn’t provide so, plus didn’t asume any responsibility at all, that was quite unfair and disappointing!

Big room, very comfy with a huge balcony. The bathroom is big but didn't have toilet paper holder and there wasn't a holder for the hand towels (not that it matters but they are little things to improve considering the bathroom has been done new). The drinks and food are good and all the staff are lovely.
