Pros: Wonderful place close to the centre and the North Conway Scenic Railway(walkable), but also very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The owners are really nice and friendly, they cook an amazing breakfast and cookies in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable, the living room is delightful with also a light fire. We were also very happy that there were 3 friendly dogs. One of the best inns we've ever been!

Cons: My only complaint is that the shower in the Audubon room is extremely small and the shower head is a bit low for me at 5'11". :) Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Perhaps a TV in the bedroom and the dogs, lovely as they are, kept out of the dining room just whilst people are having breakfast. Additional hanging space in the bedroom could also be useful for people staying more than a couple of nights. However, I still thoroughly recommend this property and would stay again without hesitation.

Cons: During some brief chat with the proprietor when I indicated that I was eager to get out early, I was asked if I would like to order my breakfast ahead of time, to be put out right at 8:00 for me. I said yes and he reserved a lovely table with a beautiful view for me. On the strike of 8:00- I was putting on my shoes, he came knocking on my door, rather loudly and seeming slightly annoyed, he let me know my breakfast was ready. I really felt a little reprimanded. And while I can appreciate their need not to tie up a nice table, kitchen staff, etc., I didn’t think I was inappropriately late. That and the somewhat limited breakfast (no fruit or vegetables, but very nice muffins, bread, juice, eggs and coffee) were my only complaints

Pros: Breakfast was awesome and the staff was good and friendly. If you need a place to sleep over and have good breakfast then it is perfect place for you.
Cons: Property definitely needs some renovation. The blanket s were too old. Swimming pool was dirty. If you want to spend only the night there then go for it. But do not expect to use their amenities.

Cons: Old B&B, clogged toilet, old mattress, the heat in the room was locked and we were unable to adjust since the temperature outside was freezing. There was not hot water!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS OLD B&B. Very Creepy.

Pros: I had made a reservation online and when we got there, we found out that it was on the 3rd floor. When the owner saw our luggage, she moved us to a cabin so that we wouldn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

Cons: The beds, food, and bathrooms were all incredibly disappointing! We picked this Inn because the website and reviews talked about the amazing breakfast. Well, the "unique egg dish" turned out to be some so-so scrambled eggs, there was no French toast or waffles to be found, and the "much, much more" advertised was a choice of fruit loops or strawberry pop tarts. The beds were stiff, and the fitted sheets were so small that by the time we woke up, I was sleeping on the mattress. And to top it off, the bathroom was tiny!

Cons: The ONLY thing was didn't like with this property was that our room was located on the front of the house and the road noise was too loud, such that when traffic started up in the early morning hours (5:00 or so), there was no sleeping after that. Rooms in other parts of the house probably do not have that issue. Everything else about our stay was very good.

Cons: Room was very bright from outside lights and window shades fell down when pulled. Bed could have been more comfortable. Bathroom was small and ran out of hot water. Breakfast was not good as expected.

Cons: Carpet and wall had stains from plumbing leak. Room and building exterior need paint job. Window had cracked pane, no rope and no hardware. We had to prop it open. Breakfast was not homemade and was the same both mornings. We made our plates as soon as the food was served the second day and it still wasn’t hot. We left the bathroom light all the time because we never found the light switch for the room.
