Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and some friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, cockroaches, and poorly maintained facilities. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff welcoming and responsive, while others reported unprofessional or intrusive behavior. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements in cleanliness and consistency of service are needed.
