Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent staff and convenient location, with many appreciating the professionalism and friendliness of the service. The location is noted as central and practical, especially for transport connections. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, room size, and value for money, with some guests mentioning uncomfortable beds and outdated facilities.
