I hated it and we never got the carGetting a car. Not driving 100 miles to rent a car then not have a car ready. Then we waited until 12 like they said no and then we were told there was no car!

Pick up / drop off was easy. Staff was nice. Issue: I booked an SUV and when I went to pick it up was told no SUV’s available and the only vehicle I could take was a RWD Frontier. Used it for a 12 hour drive through the mountains in terrible conditions. Made it safe, but certainly wasn’t the plan.All season tires on a RWD truck in ND winter isn’t practical and is dangerous. Don’t advertise an SUV and not provide an SUV. Still cost $140 which I don’t think was fair.

The location in the airport. Minot, North DakotaThere was a mistake made during the payment process which I can understand sometimes that happens, however the mistake was so severe that it impacted my credit score. When I was able to check my chase credit card account the mistake was over 500.00 dollars. What had happened was they confused me with another person with the same last name so I assume that I paid for his or her rental as well. This will be a learning experience for me and hopefully Alamo.

Minot, why notGreat mileage on the Kia. Had a compact and it was very comfortable and roomy. Liked the back up camera. Desk personnel were friendly. Whole in and out was fast and efficient. Easy to find rental desks at airport. Car was washed and clean, in and out, and didn't find anything, like little pieces of trash from previous occupants, in car.All good

The return lot is a joke Not clearly marked Minot builds a brand new multi million dollar airport and can't designate a private area for car rentals Cars are mixed in with public parking

I had a car reserved. The attendant left to go have lunch with her family. I waited over an hour waiting for her to get my car. She also did not know how to run the computer and had to get a girl from a competing company to help. She told me after I inspected the vehicle to let her know if there was any damage. After i received my car I went back to report the damage to the vehicle and she was gone again. Not professional. I was a hour and a half late for my family's thanksgiving dinner.

Great rental experienceCar was clean and reliable. It cost me as much or less to drive a rental than it would have cost me to drive my own vehicle.I called the number on the rental confirmation to verify where I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. I was given an 800 number to call instead. I didn't mind it, except the person i talked to at that number wasn't sure and gave me another 800 number to call. All in all, I am very satisfied.

Family VacationThe van had plenty of room, comfortable to drive and decent gas mileage.The side doors were power operated and apparently had no safety feature built in to sense obstruction allowing the passenger side, side door to close completely on my right hand when I reached for the safety belt. It bent my hand backwards and smashed four fingers. I had to wear a wrist support the remainder of my vacation to keep from bending my wrist as I'm sure at minimum it was sprained or tore something in wrist. I'm lucky my fingers weren't broken as well.
