Pros (+) Love everything about this place. I’ve stayed here about five times at different times of the year and the service is always consistently amazing. By far my favorite place to stay in whenever I visit Miami/Brickell.

Cons (-) Upon arrival we noticed the blinds in front of the balcony was broken we called and the young lady politely apologized and said she would send someone right up.. we left the building and notified guest services that it was ok for them to go inside the room to fix the blinds. Pros (+) Apartment was spacious, housekeeping did decent job of cleaning even though we had to call once or twice for extra towels. Location was great, downtown/ Brickell area with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Nice kitchen. Nice balcony. The staff was responsive when we needed them.
Cons (-) The beds were terrible, I slept in the bed a couple nights then slept on the couch the rest of the stay. Beds had no cushion just felt like sleeping on springs half the time. The couch was more comfortable. No way i could have slept the whole week on the bed without having back issues. Had to pay for parking $25/day and they tried to charge for a week even though we returned the rental car the day...
