Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. However, many were dissatisfied with the value for price, citing outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, and high costs. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the friendly staff while others experienced unhelpful or absent personnel. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding. Bed comfort was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning old or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements in facilities and value are needed.
