Pros: The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very simple, but organized and clean.The shower is very good. The location is great! You can reach the main tourist spots on foot. The hotel is a little far from the airport, but very close to the train station. A good cost benefit. Fair.

Pros: Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean and spacious, we had nice balkony as well. Breakfast was very delicious and rich. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. They had a big parking place in a nearby building, which was suitable for our car and costed 13 eur a day(price probably depends on the season). Location is very good, close to beach, Monte-Carlo, there are shops nearby.

Cons: Disappointed to get what was probably, looking at the floor plans, the smallest of the standard rooms. Others only staying for 1 or 2 nights seemed to get the better rooms. I booked 6 nights and am an Accor member, booked well in advance and get quite a small claustrophobic room. It would be fine for short stay but would have gone elsewhere had I known it was that small.

Pros: From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the delightful room (502) with its spacious, furnished balcony, the hotel exceeded my expectations of an Ibis. It has an excellent central location, on the edge of the beautiful old town and near the beach, but was quiet too.
Cons: If I had any criticisms, it could only be that an armchair or two in the room would have been good. The balcony furniture (2 chairs, table, sun bed and a bench) were great, but at this time of year it gets a bit cool outside when the sun goes down.

Cons: The bathroom had a glass window towards the bed, not a wall, but they put a fence, that you can use for cover, this is only in some of the rooms.

Pros: We were in Menton one night only for the Lemin Festival and Hotel was well located for easy walk to venue. We requested and were given a sea view room and had a gorgeous morning view of the Med! Room was large enough and very clean with a very nice marble bathroom with a tub and shower. Everything worked fine. We did not partake of the 13E breakfast opting to go out and eat by the beach.

Pros: The hotel has a very good location - situated on the sea front within the old town of Menton. There is a public car park to the side which is free. The continental style breakfast was excellent - plenty of selection and plenty to eat. The breakfast room was pretty busy on the Saturday but the staff managed everything very well and cleared and cleaned the tables promptly so people waited only a few minutes at most. The breakfast room was very bright and clean. Our rooms were made up whilst we were at Breakfast. Almost all staff we spoke to had a good understanding of English. We made use of the Spa facilities which were also good

The insulation of the patio doors was good, and when closed, the road noise was almost masked out completely at night. The bathroom was spacious and clean - everything you need for a short holiday. The hotel was also very well located for catching the brilliant 100 bus to Nice and Monaco.

Cons: The chairs on the balcony were a little uncomfortable if sitting there reading for a while, and certainly not comfy enough to sunbathe - I think with such a great location it would have been nice to have reclining chairs on the balcony. The room could be quite noisy if the patio doors were open, but to be honest that wasn't the fault of the hotel - the road between the hotel and the beach was the problem - on the whole though, it was worth putting up with the road noise for such a great view to the beach!

We've used to visite a beach in 500 metres walk in the neighbour village Rockbrune, the other beaches are also not very far from hotel. We had an opportunity tho stay a car on private parking. Can't say anything about breakfast, because we had not them in price but the dinner in the restaurant was very tasty (Michelin recomended status) - You can ask for a menu to try 3 courses at time.

Cons: I promised to rate the property positively but after my experience I changed my mind. I booked a Superior Queen Room with Balcony Sea view, and was given a room that smelled from sewage. I was then given a room which was occupied by another guest, I walked in to the room to find someone else’s suitcases and clothing in my face..... I then was given a Third room, which had no balcony and was considerably smaller than what I booked, the person at the reception told me he would consider compensating me, but never did so, I will have to use other means to get my money. Bottom line the property failed to supply me a room as booked and failed to compensate me for the downgrade.

The room was wonderful, airy, and spotless and bed was very comfortable. There is also a small botanical garden in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, a selection of pastries, fruit, eggs, cereals... I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Menton.

Pros: Lovely quiet location, especially with a front room overlooking the gardens (a lot of hotels in Menton are on quite busy and noisy roads). Noise from the railway line at the rear of the hotel did not intrude. Excellent buffet breakfast, including sausages and scrambled eggs, as well as a good selection of breads, jams, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc. We had a very comfortable room with a super-king-sized bed, effective and quiet air-conditioning, good en-suite facilities (including a shower with ample hot water), and plenty of clothes storage. Note, however, that rooms do not include a fridge or coffee-making facilities.

Pros: Comfortable, access at all times and central location. The manager greeted us warmly despite our late arrival due to a delayed train. After such a long journey it was comforting to have a warm welcome and full attention. Much appreciated.

Pros: Relatively good location not too far from restaurants and shops. Abt 10 mins from train station. Check in was smooth and the reception gave plenty of information which was v helpful. Room is quite small but has all you need (small closet, side tables, writing desk, ensuite toilet etc). Staff was friendly all the way till check out. All in all good value!

Cons: Rooms are small and because of roadworks (not their fault) getting into the parking area was a bit of a struggle.

Cons: They have no parking, the clerk told me to remove my car to another location at night because that was the space for people arriving at the hotel and there could be no car standing at the door. but it was a car spot on the public street. After trying and not getting anywhere near the hotel, I returned the same car space in front of the hotel because it was the only one I had. and he let my car stay in the door because there was no option ... this could be avoided because it was raining and I client did not deserve to leave at 11 pm to seek parking.
