At end of stay (already extended by one day) went to pay by credit card. Machine not working for credit card payment. I gave them my credit card details so they could take the money out of the account when machine was back working. Tried another credit card, still not working. When I took back my credit card the manager stole my handbag to make me pay. I was always going to pay, their credit card machine wasn’t working. After 1 1/2 hours we went to another hotel to use their credit card machine. We had missed our train by this time and another couple also missed their connection. The hotel must have alternative arrangements for payment of account.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating any request that we had during our stay. The view from the rooftop was lovely and listening to the prayer calls at sunset was magical. On top of that, the breakfast was lovely (bread, jam, 2 small pancakes, 2 small cakes and a pot of mint tea) and the location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the start of the souk. The riad itself was also beautifully decorated and Chaouki organised an airport transfer and printed our boarding passes which saved a lot of hassle.
We were put into another riad for the first 2 nights as our room had been overbooked. The pool that was advertised on the website was unavailable until the last night we stayed there and there was no shampoo, conditioner or coffee maker provided in the room.
Staff are very friendly
I think the pictures we're taken a long time ago because the room didn't look like what we expected. The bathroom was small and damp and the shower didn't drain so the drain smelled horrible which made the room smell. For the money we paid we expected better
The property is run by three amazing staff led by Chaouqui. Working together they make the riad have a family atmosphere, a home away from home. Breakfast was great. We wanted scrambled eggs which was not on the menu on the day and the lady was very happy to serve us with the probably the best eggs I had all of Marrakesh. The amenities were very good. Air conditioning worked great, the shower was good and the room size is adequate.
I could not find anything to fault this establishment with.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to the souk. The food was excellent, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the tagines in the evening were delicious.
