Amazingly hospitable staff. Made me feel at home.
Rooms are very small.
The location was good - close to the souks and market as well as many other places though always busy and had to be wary of pickpockets, etc. The breakfast was extremely limited and was not satisfactory at all (typically just different types of bread), and although we kindly asked for some eggs for the following morning, we were not given any throughout our entire stay. Additionally, when my mum asked for another glass of orange juice (as we were given only half a glass every morning) the staff member bluntly refused! This was extremely embarrassing for my mum as we did not think we were asking for too much!
The room's facilities were of poor quality and faulty E.G. toilet running, tap leaking/running, ac leaking - my sister almost slipped in the puddle caused by this! After bringing these issues to the manager's attention in hope of seeking a resolution, she was very dismissive and even blamed us for some of the problems! (And formally complained to booking.com about it). Though when asked why she blamed us, she admitted that she had not checked the facilities before accommodating us and so was unsure if they were working, hence why she did not charge us for "damages". Not the ideal customer experience!
Every thing was fantastic, the staff was collaborator, the breakfast was wonderful, and Ghetha... she is the queen.

A very cozy riad, with perfect staff who treat you so warm, as if you were a family member. Thanks to Claire for being so helpful. And special thanks to wonderful Fatya.
