Riad Irene made me feel like home. Pascal and Irene are such a great hosts. They explained to me right from the first day everything I need to know about how to get to the main tourist places, they gave me a very easy map to using. Even before to arrive they sent me an email with all the details and they sent a taxi driver to pick me from the airport, who was waiting for me more than 2 hours, because the flight was delayed. And even if I arrived late in the night, the man who worked at Riad Irene came to pick me from the taxi (is needed to walk like 2 minutes from the point till where the taxi can drive to the Riad). When I came to the Riad in evening, the next day, Irene and Pascal greeted me and asked about my day. I had the feeling I just arrived home. They are very nice and friendly. The room and the terrace are very nice. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I had breakfast at 6 o'clock one day, but that was no problem for the staff. They just prepare the breakfast at what time you need. One day in the morning, the man who's working to Riad walk with us to the car who was waiting for me (because I've booked a trip) to be sure I will find the way. Everything was just great. I recommend Riad Irene to everyone and I would like to go there again. Thank you very much Irene, thank you very much Pascal for the great services. Ioana
We have very much enjoyed our stay with Pascal and Irene. They were very kind, as well as their staff. Very nice that they arranged a taxi from and to the airport and that it was even possible to have a breakfast early in the morning. The Riad is an oasis of peace in the busy Medina. The rooms and public spaces were very nice and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!
We enjoyed our stay at Riad Irene. Riad was very clean, air conditioning was good, breakfast was simple but big and staff was very nice. I would also recommend their organized taxi from airport. Location is good since it’s on the edge of Medina, it’s easy to find way to get out of the old town and also it’s close to most attractions in Marrakesh. I would recommend staying here.
Bet wasn’t really comfortable, but we did get some sleep anyways and it’s kinda loud outside, though this is not riad’s fault.
Everything was just FABULOUS!!! The hosts warmly welcomed us so that we really felt like home, they gave us essential tips and helped us to organize our holidays in the best way. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean and also the breakfast was always lovingly prepared.
We loved our stay at Riad Irene! The Riad featured many spaces to sit and appreciate the beautiful decorations, and peaceful atmosphere. The included breakfast was fantastic (far better than any other included brekky we've had!). Additionally, the host went above and beyond to ensure we had breakfast the morning of a very early flight. From reading other reviews, we were worried that the location in the medina would be problematic, especially with plenty of eager local kids trying to "help out". Before checkin we received a really helpful email, and upon arrival we were given a map that made navigating all the way though to Jamaa el'Fna easy! Walking though the backstreets we were able to experience the non-touristic side of Marrakech.
Very little! You'll have to be quiet at night, due to the close living situation of the Riad, however I doubt this is unique to Riad Irene.
