“I had previously stayed in the hotel 4 nights earlier and thought the room was a little expensive. However on my return the staff knew all about me. The manager spoke with me and we came to a compromise greatly in my favour. The general manager called me in the room. What was impressive was that someone had actually bothered to read my replies and acted upon them! That is customer service!! In future I will always book direct though the hotel website for the best rates. Breakfast is excellent. The room was beautiful.”
