Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness problems such as dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, and poor maintenance. The rooms were often described as old, small, or not matching the photos, and service was frequently reported as unhelpful or unfriendly. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the price reasonable for what was offered, though expectations should be kept low.
