Cleanliness of the hotel and location is just right in terms of mileage from main tourist attractions, hotel staff are courteous, helpful and very accomodating.

Pick up time at the airport upon arrival by the car service didn't happen bec. of wrong time interpretation of hotel lobby attendant, so we have to hire car service from the airport.

Staff is very kind, room excellent. If you don't need extra facilities, it's OK, also because it's half way between city and airport. Good choice of cable TV channels in the room. Internet working well and free.

No swimming pool, no fitness room. The area outside is not very good and the hotel is quite isolated on a traffic road. You need to take a taxi for going everywhere.

I really like how they keep the guest rooms speak and span as well as the other parts of the hotel. Their food is also good.

The staff, needs more training though, particularly in dealing with guests. They cannot adjust to specific needs of their clients. The reservations officer also needs to adhere to the terms agreed on with the booking system. Unnecessary charges were being imposed simply due to differences in imterpretation of very simple provisions in the reservation documents, i.e. room rates and exhange rate.
