We wrote the hotel in advance to let them know that we have a service dog. We have brought a service animal in the past and have all of the paperwork. I also sent many emails asking if our two booked rooms could be adjoining and they kept responding they couldn't guarantee that (ridiculous since the adjoining room is for a 10 year old, I don't want a room across the hotel for him- why can this not...

Pros (+) The Hotel is very nice and staff is very professional. Room was very clean and modern.
Cons (-) Be sure yo get a figm price from the shuttle at the hotel. He took us to burger king and the mall and picked us up at the mall which is maybe 10 min away, then charged us 40$. Is this a nyc taxi in managua? Other taxis in town would have been maybe 3$ each leg of that outing equalling 9$ total, not 40$. Otherwise our stay was great.
