Longueuil motels

Pros: Big clean rooms and bath, free parking and nice staff.

Cons: Carpets in the corridors were bad, no microwave in rooms as mentioned in the booking, no ice machine on the second floor and the one on the first floor did not work.

Pros: Location was alright, beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. Air conditioner worked great. The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. All in all our stay was perfect and very quiet.

Cons: The carpets had some stains and the furniture. Could use some new carpets in the rooms and maybe some new furniture

Cons: The pictures on here show more than what it was and are very out dated. The restaurant/Bar is closed down and the pool area is disgusting and was closed. Beds were hard as a rock. Entrance had no sign and missed it the first time we went around and is right off a main highway.

Pros: It was close to the highway and while the room was outdated it was clean.

Cons: The pictures online look nothing like what the hotel looks like. It appears run down and as if construction was started and never finished. Very disappointing. Our room was clean, the carpet was stained but otherwise clean and housekeeping did clean during our stay.

Cons: I am writing with a few complaints about our most recent stay, hoping that we can come to a resolution. Firstly, on our reservation and receipt it was stated that there was to be a microwave in our room, yet there was not. There was no hair dyer either, which was aggravatingly inconvient. It was also stated that the motel was non-smoking, yet all three nights of our stay we had to endure smoke in our room coming from neighbouring rooms. Lastly, when we booked in May we were charged for our entire stay, paying $304.95, yet our receipt from the hotel said that we should have only been charged $244 all taxes/fees included. What happened to the "Best Price Guarantee"? Overall, we are greatly unsatisfied and feel cheated/negatively about our stay.

Cons: Place was falling apart bathroom had mold and leaked everywhere. Missing smoke alarm broken door handles were broken, the pictures on your site look nothing like the actual hotel it needs to be torn down and rebuilt . The am staff was great the night time staff didn't want to be bothered from flirting with the private party in the bar I give two thumbs down and will never use this site again due to false pictures of the hotel
