Pros: Breakfast was excellent even though at times a little fraught due to a coach tour being at the hotel. Staff in every department could not have been more welcoming and if I return to Lecce I will definitely stay here. Although outside it was hot the airconditioning on low in the bedroom made it comfortable for sleeping and at night the hotel was very quiet.

Cons: Only thing that was a little annoying was I could hear the neighbours dragging their chairs over the tiled flooring. Rather annoying and preventable. That noise could be prevented by the hotel sticking felt to the bottom of the chair legs. I have come across this problem solving in the past.

Cons: Parking Problems. When I made my reservation, it was stated that there was parking. However, We had to park on the street and be aware that the car could be towed or ticketed if we did not watch the time. Also, had a very bad problem when returning to the hotel after a day trip. We had to drive around, circle the area about five times before finding a metered. Had I known that the hotel had this problem I would have never booked it.

Cons: Information on your web site not completely accurate. Some of the facilities listed for this B & B were not available. The breakfast was provided in a nearby retaurant and was very poor indeed. Just one cup of coffee and one stale bun. Nevertheless the accomodation in the B & B was spacious and comfortable and good value for money.

Cons: The lock in the bathroom got stucked and it was hard to unlock the doors. Definitely should be checked by staff. Could be more space in the bathroom. And the room was pretty noisy. It's not the hotel's fault, but from the one side you can see and smell the pertrol station and from the other there was some kind of construction. It's also hard to get the elevator. You can go down from the stairs but you need to go again from the main doors to reach the restaurant. And the breakfast could be better

Pros: the hotel to be fair would be better to call it a quality upmarket b/b is in a perfect position in the old town on the corner of a pleasant and lively square with restaurants coffee bars etc. This is important as the hotels bar was not open whilst we were there. The rooms and beds are comfortable and spacious and the staff are welcoming and helpful the decor etc is appealing and we enjoyed our stay

Cons: there was no spa as advertised nor was the bar open and to say the hotel had a terrace was a gross exaggeration, however these things did not detract from our stay as there are plenty of eating, coffee, wine bars etc in the locality, breakfast in a crowded roof top conservatory was a bit uncomfortable , often the buffet needed replenishing meaning you could not find the accompaniments to which ever dish/choice you made, ie ham and cheese no bread, hot dish no scrambled egg just tiny sausages 10 mins later was the other way round, the waitress fully realised the problem and did her best to resolve it but shouldnt be like that imo and the coffee took for ever why they dont serve in a pot beats me.

Cons: We had a nice stay, the staff is friendly and the room big enough but had no ventilation (only roof window) and the bathroom stank the place out (we informed). Also, despite having a nice top terrace it is not well utilized and breakfast was not as pleasant as we expected.

Cons: There was no internet, there were only 4 tables for all of us at the breakfast room, there were not fruits on the breakfast and the breakfast was poor. The room was dirty under the beds. A day they took the clean towels and not the dirty, and when I asked them, they told me that they knew it and they took them in the afternoon at 4:00 when we we’re sleeping.

Cons: The only thing that the hotel has about a "grand hotel" is that is big and it has pool and spa. But the details are not really cared for. For example, there was no place where to hang the hand towel nearby the washbasin, the corking was pealing off, one of the elevators of my section was not functioning. The overall feeling is an hotel that has been splendid in the 80s but is not well maintained
