Great service, great rooms, great hospitality
Detailed invoice under my door. Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek can't even give you a detailed involve on checkout and promise to email it to you and never do... Congrats Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego for winning me back as a IHG fan and for giving me an extended checkout.
What a Wreck
Undergoing renovation that is much more than described. The hotel should not be open.
The staff was very accommodating when we were checking in - we arrived before check in and they let us check in early.
The walls were thin and our neighbors had young children that were quite loud.
dirty, broken down, no staff
Dirty bathrooms, dirty carpets, mismatched furniture, noisy lobby and public areas, broken air conditioner, staff in dirty dishevled street clothes, carpets rippling in the hallways, horrible paint jobs, bad food at high prices, no help to move out of stifling hot room to a room with functional air, got locked out of room on third trip to transfer to new room
Comfy place to stay
Everything.. Staff was great and pleasent.
The location was a bit difficult to find or butter yet to get too!!
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Beds were warm and comfortable room was clean. It was clearly and older hotel and the staff said they were ready for of a renovation
no refrigerator in room, when I mentioned this on departure the front desk apologized and said if we mentioned this after arrival they would of brought one to our room. Was hard to control temp in room no thermostat just on/off manual up/dwn control for heat.
Available for last minute reservation
Unhelpful staff, poor location, very noisy.
The staff was friendly and willing to help.
On the Kayak website, it said that this was a 4 star hotel and it is clearly not to that standard. It is at best a 3 star hotel and closer to a 2.5 star. The hotel was old and run down and in desperate need of a renovation. Due to its condition, I thought that the value was low (too expensive for what you get).
