Met Vicky upon arrival at KLIA: T-2 and she drove us to T-1 for the signing of the rental contracts. She was helpful and lend me her 'Touch N Go Card' when I disclosed that I do not have one. Car was well maintained and utilized for 5 days without any issues. Well done to Vicky.
