The location was superb - no more than a 2 minute walk from the main town square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean
The showers took a good few minutes to become hot - otherwise an excellent hotel for the price
good location, just 2min walking distance from the city centre, friendly personnel, wifi, parking next to the hotel, good, clean 3stars hotel
a bit noisy (I was in the room next to the stairs), hotel was clean but small renovation work in the room would improve the impression about it.
Very helpful staff, fantastic location in the centre of Krakow, room and bathroom clean, free Wi-fi.
It is an ideal place to stay if you want a nice stress free holiday or short break close to all the amenities and tourist attractions
No tea making facilities in the room is the only thing i would complain about
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Pollera - and would most definitely stay there again. It was recommended to us by a friend who stayed there earlier in the year. We have since recommended it to another friend who hopes to travel to Cracow soon. What we liked best - first and foremost the excellent location and the friendly and very helpful staff who assisted us with our every query - from taxis to internet and anything else - service with a smile. Our room was large and very comfortable and with double windows which blocked out all sounds of traffic etc. from the street outside. The self-service breakfast buffet offered an excellent choice of breakfast food. Thank you Pollera - well done!
No english channels on TV - but to be honest it did not matter to us as you do not go to Cracow to watch TV when there is such a beautiful city to explore. We just wanted to get the weather forecast for the coming days to plan our trips, etc. However, the hotel reception staff were happy to tell us the weather forecast of the day whenever we asked - even told us to wear warm clothes to the Salt Mines.
Execellent service from curtious and very helpful staff
Hot water not really hot enough
The hotel's position was excellent, - walking distance ( 600m ?) from both the main railway station & then on to main old-town's tourist places. There was no traffic noise.
Our room was big, with a view of the Opera, but drab with old furnishings and three single beds about 3 m apart. There were short times when there was no hot water.
Near perfect tourist location. within easy walking distance of the main bus and train stations, a major shopping centre and the market place. Friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast and value for money evening meals
The Pollera is a charming older hotel, very well maintained. It is in a great location and quite close to the train station. The staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and since our room was ready, they let us check in right away.
The only small draw back was lack of a hairdryer in the room.
the room was beautiful for the price we paid
With a stay at Pollera in Krakow (Old Town), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Krakow Barbican and St. Mary's Basilica. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
