Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access tourist attractions. Many found the breakfast to be good or excellent, and some appreciated the spacious rooms. However, cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant odors were frequently mentioned. Noise from the street or courtyard disturbed several guests, especially those with rooms facing busy areas. While some staff were described as friendly, others found the service lacking. The lack of air conditioning and elevator access to all floors was also noted as a drawback.
