Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to Fisherman's Village, restaurants, and the beach. The service received high marks for friendliness and attentiveness, with staff frequently going above and beyond for special occasions. Cleanliness was consistently noted, with many describing rooms and public areas as spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast, especially when delivered to the room, was a standout feature for many guests, who appreciated the variety and quality. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms also contributed to positive experiences. Some negative feedback focused on the beach not being ideal for swimming, occasional noise, and minor maintenance issues, but these did not significantly detract from the overall satisfaction.
