Pros (+) Thank you for a wonderful stay, for allowing me to check in so late, for the beautiful hand-carved solid wood furniture in the room, the luxurious down duvet and pillows, the full-sise bath and spacious patio, the delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants, sparking wine and fair-trade sugar for the coffee. Most of all, thank you for all your kindness.
