Pros:
I really enjoyed the car and the service. Very helpfulCons:
I didn’t like the area where I needed to turn the car in. There was no real signage about where the boxes were. Also, no gas stations in the area were opened that early. I had to beg to have a station open for me.6,8 Okay

Pros:
The car was clean and fuel efficient.Cons:
I wish I could've gotten some of my money back. Turned out my trip had to abruptly end 4 days early and I wasn't allowed to receive a refund of any money because I had prepaid my bill. That means that they got their car back 4 days early, kept my money for that extra time, and was still able to rent it out to somebody else during that time. Sounds like extortion to me!Dollar
