We loved how welcoming the staff were, especially Shanique. They were so helpful organising transport and our tour up to the Blue Mountain Peak. The food was also lovely and Shanique went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
As it is treehouse style living some might not find it to their standard but it was perfect for us!

Breakfast was good, bit on the pricey side, but good variety. Unless you was driving other options were limited. Best to order in advance to ensure you get your preference. Good wifi and working bathroom/toilet facilities with hot water. Ironing available also.
Rooms were bit musty, no safe options.

The staff were very sweet and helpful, especially Yasmin. She made us great meals and looked after us. She was always around when we needed help and was very patient with us.
The rooms could do with a deep clean and some maintenance. The bedroom was covered in Mosquitoes when we arrived, so much so that we had to all sleep in one room because it was unbearable for the children. The location (to access to the blue mountains) was perfect, but the rooms were very disappointing. Also, there was barley any water coming out of the shower though there was hot water, when it did work!

The bed was comfortable and Yasmin made a great ginger tea!
The price was high for what was on offer - furniture on the verandas not so comfortable it all feels a bit neglected and unloved . Soap was great but food was adequate.
