Nice location and friendly staff.
Beautiful place, but the hotel is outdated. They need to spend more money in painting and upgrading the facilities. The place inside looks like something from the 60's. Breakfast was chaos and no signs or labels placed next to the food. So you pretty much eat without knowing whats in there. If you have allergies then, I'm sorry for your loss.

The location is the best in center-city Kiev, close to everything. The breakfast is abundant and delicious.
Although this is an older, well established, large, centralized hotel in Kiev, the rooms need to be upgraded if it wants to continue to attract and pacify the needs and wants of international travelers. The reception and dining areas are perfect but rooms, at least mine, are ready for renovation and upgrading.
