Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the comfortable amenities, constant availability of hot water and electricity, and the presence of safety features like a generator and bomb shelter. However, several reviews mention poor soundproofing between rooms, and there are mixed opinions about the breakfast, with some finding it fresh but monotonous. A few guests experienced issues with room preparation, service delays, and missing in-room amenities like kettles and water. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for many visitors.
