Nice car for Ukraine. It was not new and spot-less, but it was a very nice car and perfect for Ukraine. Staff are helpful and friendly.Cons:
They do not have a fixed space at the airport, so after-hours pickup and drop off is a bit more challenging. But they are very responsive. Can't pay with credit card.Budget

Staff was very, very professional, helpful and courteous. I was amazed that when we returned the vehicle to the rental parking lot a Budget staff person was in the lot, showed us where to park and concluded the rental transaction within 5 minutes.Cons:
Absolutely nothing. Budget staff at Boryspil airport are top-notch. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had and I will definitely be a return customer.5,6 Fair

The car was automatic transmission.Cons:
Never know when someone will be at the desk to serve you, or when they will be away. No place to drop off keys. Told me to return car to wrong area and made me pay a lot of money for their mistake, even overcharging the parking fee by 150 UAH. employees not empowered to correct their own mistakes.6,0 Okay

Tjhere is no any thing to like . It's very bad sirvice , very bad car , playing like crooks , there is nothing to like.Cons:
1. Onthefirst daythey let me waitefor longtime . There was not even a man in the office,it was cloosed 2. They didn't answer the phone.i was called him all the time no answer , on the last that i had to return the car there no respons,i was worried , i had to stop a traffic police,i explained to the policeman that i was calling the number they gave me and didn't answer.then the policeman calked the numberfrom his mobile phone what i was trying to call non-stop they answer immidiately, after that the policenan let me talk to him from his cell phone. His answer was that he is in vacationso he didn't answer thephon !!! . After that he promise that he is sending me a message for another personn's mobike number. 3.
