Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel’s exceptional service, with staff described as friendly, accommodating, and professional. The central yet quiet location is highly appreciated, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness is another strong point, with rooms and common areas kept spotless. Breakfast receives mixed feedback: while many enjoy the taste and variety, some mention limited options, late serving times, and dietary restrictions not being well accommodated. Room size and comfort are generally praised, though a few guests note issues with soundproofing and room layout. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its service, location, and cleanliness.
