Pros: Fabulous final evening from our sailing trip. Just the right amount of luxury with a fabulous private pool to relax at.
Pros: The beach is nice but rocky, no sand and that was the best part of the hotel. The ocean was warmer than all the hotel pools which were freezing. We couldn’t go into the pool at all. Most of the food we had was tasty, although unfortunately on the first day we went to the sushi place and we couldn’t eat there because the fish weren’t fresh and very fishy.
Cons: There was no shower pressure at all in any of the rooms ( we had 2 rooms and checked the option to move to another - none had water pressure). When we walked into the room we saw that the sheets were dirty. Also, there was a day where they just didn’t change the sheets in our baby’s bed. They just left sheets on the bed for us to change. The staff seems really nice but whenever we needed anything from them, they were not helpful at all and the it was was super slow.
Pros: Amazing value, great facilities, stunning views, great food options and variety.
Cons: Some staff were great but others were a little rude even when we were always trying to be polite and friendly.
Pros: Location is brilliant, nice surrounding.. the quality of food is superb and the staff is so friendly. This hotel is perfect for a complete chillout. Would recommend the Greek restaurant a lot - had a wonderful and tasty dinner there - Jannis and Andreas have made everything perfect for us!! Efcharistó polý
Pros: The private pool was amazing
Cons: Was a bit windy somedays
Pros: Very helpful staff. We arrived in the morning and hotel provided us opportunity for the early check in. This was one of best hotels I ever stayed.
Pros: This resort really blew me away. The food quality was amazing the staff were super helpful and professional and the room was lovely. I really didn't want to leave on the last day and have told all my friends how amazing it is!
Cons: nothing everything was done to a high standard.

Pros: This place was awesome. The manager/owner couldn't have been more helpful. He was always available to help with sightseeing information, transportation, etc. This is a beautiful place with its own private beach.
Cons: Though we wouldn't expect or need a full breakfast it would have been nice to have a coffee maker (there was a cappuccino machine) and perhaps some sweet rolls or fruit. There is a refrigerator and they generously provided 6 large bottles of water. The property is about 1-1/2 miles away from a place to pick up coffee or a light breakfast.
Pros: Nicos is the best host you can ask for. Friendly, charming and utterly helpful. The place is quiet and a perfect spot to relax and come down. Many places for lovely greek food just a walk away. A place you'd love coming back to. ευχαριστώ Nicos…!
Pros: Welcome pack on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Pros: Nikos was amazing host, he prepaired our appartment very early - before standard check-in time. He was realy helpful and so kind. And our appartment? We have lived at beach! So huge appartment, comfortable big bed, nice view to sea, peace... We liked everything! Very romantic atmosphere for couples, but I think that is ok for family with childern too. It was NOT our last visit of this beautiful place :-) Thank you Nikos, Jana and Milan.
Pros: We arrived late but still got greeted with a warm welcome. Check-in was quick and the room was actually 2 rooms and a balcony with views onto the beach. Perfect! Great weather the whole week. Lots of recommendations from Nikos, our host, for Restaurants.... we tried a few, they were all very good. It was tranqil and very relaxing, staying at Olympia Mare. We enjoyed the beach in front of our balcony every day, snorkeling every morning before breakfast. The water was still warm enough. Just great. There were parking next to the hotel, Water in the fridge on arrival and beacht towels. The room got cleaned every morning and we had an espresso machine in the romm, which got filled with pads every day! Just wow! We felt really spoiled! Thanks again, Nikos! I am sure we will come again.
Cons: nothing to complain about
Pros: Olympia Mare is a great spot right on the beach. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to welcome everyone.
Cons: The room had cooking facilities but to get groceries it was a bus/taxi ride away. if we had know this we could have picked up basic supplies on the way ie bread
Nestled on the beach, this Kos property is within 9 mi (15 km) of Kardamena Port, Igroviotopos Alikis, and Plaka Forest. Antimachia Castle and Lido Waterpark are also within 9 mi (15 km).
Pros: The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were of high quality and with great diversity and really all inclusive at all times.
Cons: Despite clear instructions not to reserve deck chairs with towels, most were already blocked early in the morning and staff did nothing about it. The pools and children playground closed already at 6 pm.
Pros: Location, staff kindness, very clean and well maintained structure, availability of services (snacks, drinks, pizza, crepe, hot dogs, fresh fruit, almost anything to eat and drink available all day long, even on the beach side). Air conditioning in all bedrooms, frigobar service refilled every 2 days with "everything"
Cons: Too few deck chairs around the main pool area compared to the number of guests, which get all occupied since early morning hours so impossible to enjoy of that service and location. Bed sheets mix synthetics, so keep warm during the night.
Pros: The staying in Norida hotel was amazing. Everyone is so kind- from the reception to the bar and the restraunts. 4 restraunts, variety of food, fresh and tasty. It was so fun, we'll come back!
Pros: A special remark for the restaurants: very good food and very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very professional and customer oriented. As well, very good evening programs offered, for children and for adults.
Cons: The drinking water offered in the all inclusive program is really bad. They explained this is actually sea water de-salted, it may be the explanation. Overall, the facilities offered are ok but we expected a little more from a 5 stars hotel.
Pros: We booked at the last minute and got a great deal, also lucky enough to get an upgrade on our room! The staff were fantastic and the al a cart restaurant was superb. The entertainment team done their best to include everyone. Also there wasn’t any additional fees that you would likely get at other all inclusive respires. With a free mini bar in room restocked regularly and beach towels that could be changed regularly.
Cons: The hotel is very popular with German tourists and in my opinion the food in the main restaurant is geared to their taste as was the evening entertainment. Only other issue was the fact that it was a bit out of town and needed to get a bus or taxi if you want to explore
Pros: The hotel is excellent - all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keen to make our visit a really good one; Vivi on the guest relations team deserves a special mention - she was lovely and so very helpful. This is a great hotel with really good facilities and great staff. The variety and quality of food on offer was just superb, on Friday evening we ate in the Big Blue speciality restaurant, which was really, really good (thankyou, again, to Vivi for arranging that for us); both food and service in the grill restaurant near the beach were excellent for lunch and breakfast and even the naughty but nice late afternoon treat of freshly made and cooked slices of pizza from the beach kiosk was lovely - and entertaining to watch, too. Finally, Saturday night's entertainment from the 'Il Divo' trio of tenors was also really very special.
Cons: Given that everyone at the hotel was so keen to please and to make our stay memorable, it feels a little churlish to carp - and really the only things we could find fault with were (i) the main restaurant is beginning to look a little tired - though the quality and variety of food and service there were both very good, and (ii) the other slight carp is that there are relatively few poolside sunbeds, all of which were always pre-reserved by the early risers - but it wasn't a problem for us really, as there are more than enough sunbeds for everyone on the hotel beach!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helping, especially Vivi from the customer relations. Liked the watermelon that they bring to your seat at the pools\beach. The food at the a-la-carte restaurant was very good. Bars are everywhere, pizza on the beach. Clear water at the sea and almost no waves. We got the large room with sea view (although in the reservation it was "garden view").
Cons: On the weekend the main restaurant became very crowded and seems that waiters were overloaded - we received our drinks only after we finished the dinner on one of the weekend evenings. There is no place to go near the hotel - the closest village didn't seems to have any attractions (at least this is how it look like from the taxi window). But we stayed only 4 days so it was OK, there is water sport(extra charge).
Pros: Everything was perfect. I am not an EU holiday fan, but there are some exceptions - like this hotel. Amazing food concept, gorgeous crepeteria. Endless food and drink from morning up to 1 am in the night. The basic room was fine, air-condition was working, wifi without problems. The reception was very kind and helped us with trips and even with a late departure on the last day. A fantastic set of pools has a WOW factor for sure. Sea was nice, crystal clear and plenty of sunbeds to take. The best were à la carte restaurants with sea view and amazing tasting menus. We are going to return for sure
Cons: These are my recommendations: - smaller dessert portions would be better (looks incredible, but on night buffet I wanted taste more of these, but it was too huge to eat so many) - 1 heated pool would be nice to have - Incredible annoying kids (would be nice to have families with small children in separated wings, because it was so loud by the evening or during the sleep time in night - misbehaved children) - pool bar (staff) sometimes slow and not reacted nice or overlooking customers - do not allow the sunbeds reservations by towels from guests if they leave and sunbed is free for hours
Pros: The pools are stunning and very clean . The sun beds are lovely and brilliantly placed. Rooms are clean and bright and airy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and enthusiastic in whatever position they held. The kid club also known as “the mini club” was sensational- the best we have experienced. We loved how clean it was , fresh, easy to access all fun things like water sports etc! It was just brilliant.
Cons: Our family are very much into good food - we like very nice things. While the food was lovely it wasn’t to our taste. It was hard to get A booking in the three restaurants and if you want a good sunbed you have to get down at 630am!!!

Pros: Very clean rooms; very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is not packed with people unlike in the hotels nearby.
Cons: The dinner offered by the hotel is great but it's served too late in our opinion (19:45). If it were served an hour earlier, there would've been no need for us to travel to Kardamena instead. In the rooms around the bar, it's quite noisy in the evening until the bar closes.
Pros: Good service and easy parking.
Cons: Limited choice at breakfast.
Pros: Hotel is immaculate, staff couldn’t do enough for us, excellent value for money and food was delicious. Lovely and quiet and often had the pool to ourselves.
Pros: Great staff, chatty and helpful. Good swimming pool and beach nearby. Gym equipment not bad. A typical resort hotel if that’s what you’re after.
Cons: Buffet meals not my thing, also the traditional dancing event was a bit awkward. Odd sewer smell in our room, would have been a problem if we’d stayed more than one night.
Pros: Very pleased with everything. People at Kalimera are very polite and helpful . They try their best to make everyone happy. I will most probably try to book at Kalimera Mare next time I visit Kardamaina-Kos.
Cons: No dislikes!
Pros: I felt very relaxed and the staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Pros: The staff defined excellence, cleanliness, food fresh and on time, very enjoyable,
Cons: All good
Pros: Great staff, great food, easily accessible beach two minutes walk from the hotel, good pool, clean, comfy beds.
Pros: Everything including Calpyso, the wonderful family cat. The staff is smart and extremely good at proposing solutions for any kind of issues.
Cons: Perfect, I would have liked staying some more days.....
When you stay at Albatross Studios in Kos, you'll be near the beach, a 1-minute drive from Kefalos Beach and 7 minutes from Paradise Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary during limited hours.
Pros: Great location
Pros: Liked the apartments and facilities. Well looked after place. Minoli and Maria were great hosts and definitely return again
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Pros: Everything was first class , beautiful , friendly , so clean , an amazing place to stay
Pros: the place is really nice, rooms are well furnished the pic up at the airport was also very nice if you get a room not next to the bar it is a perfect place to stay.
Cons: for purpose we selected this place as we thought it would be quiet for a family but unfortunately they gave us the room next to the bar which is not at all ideal for a family with small children.... as two nights there was noice until midnight.. this was really a pity as we where not able to sleep. the welcome in the hotel was very standoffish, they gave us no info... and I had to ask for pillow, bedlinen and towels for my little girl even if they had the info that we are in 3...
Pros: Maria has been very friendly and helpful with us. The Hotel and Pool is very clean. We loved it!
Pros: friendly staff, clean facilities, accommodating. Well worth staying here in Kefalos!
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff Great food and a great price Clean rooms Good swimming pool Quiet and relaxing
Pros: Very helpful staff, perfect seafront location, the room is spotlessly clean, kitchen is well equipped. The place is very quiet and peaceful, nice beaches nearby.
Pros: Staff was exceptional, Maria the manager is just a "bomb" of energy helping you with everything in a fast and excellent way. In 5 minutes she was able to arrange a car to rent for us (they came to pick up us!), suggesting restaurants for the evening, suggesting a nice itinerary for the day after (we landed in Kos due to a strike in other islands). In addition, for a small extra fee, they let us keeping the room until the following evening, when we had the flight back home. she also managed my wrong booking day with a smile!
Cons: Can't say anything negative about this property! Kos is not our type of island, but Maria let us having a very good day.
Pros: Ok I will try to be very objetvie, we went in easter, and pay just 30 euros, good price, since the room is very clean that is the most important thing, cold and hot water works ok, te room looks good, not with old painting or anything rare. De room is around 20 square meters has kitchentte, very useful, since you have the harbour in front of you and every day 10 30 the fishermen come with fresh fish. That doesn t have value, and also the view, of course the room in the second floor has better view. You have the sea at 20 meters that is amazing, and also you have the sunshine right in your window. An Advice to see the sunset you can go in limionas or agios theologos both restaurant very good, And for the beach don t loose time going around in kos is only two good options The beach in the southwest from paradise beach to Blue lagoon nice sandy beach and in the middle nort form Tigaki almost to Mastichari been Marmari the best really nice. And take a visit to the restaurants in zia very nice people.
Cons: Not everything can be perfect my girlfriend said the matress were to hard, for me was ok is just about taste.
With a stay at Zeus Hotel in Kos, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Kefalos Beach and Paradise Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It is family run and they were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
Cons: Every thing was great.
Pros: Family run hotel. So friendly. Room was newly refurbished. Excellent value for money.
Pros: The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. Service great. Extremely clean. Been a couple of times now and would definitely recommend. Sun loungers very comfortable and pool area well maintained.
Pros: What really shone out at this hotel was the fabulous family who own and run the hotel.
Pros: the owners were polite and always smiling. Close to the beaches of Kefalos, such as Paradise Beach and Ag. Stefanos.
Cons: The breakfast was only fair. We were not allowed to late check out for 2 hours. We asked for it the night before our check out. One owner said he would ask his brother, the brother later said we should ask their mother on the day of check out. The next day we had to wait for 45 minutes for the reception to be occupied, than mother said she should check first but rejected our demand without checking anything; so we have lost our 45 minutes. I guess the guys didn’t want to be the bad cop saying “no”.
Pros: there was a clean service every day, a big breakfast, clean bedroom, ideal space, kind staff. There was also new furniture inside the room, which I like much.
Cons: no silent door, noise form corridor.
Pros: Walking distance to the beach. Hotel ok.
Cons: It would be nice being able to sit outside and eat breakfast without people smoking.
Pros: Super-friendly family-run place with a lovely pool and a great location close to the beach and several good tavernas. Everything was perfect. A lot of our fellow guests return year after year and it is easy to see why.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Pros: Nice room, good pool and nice bar.
Cons: Hard beds. No shower gelé or schampo. Not much to do or see in the area around the hotel and beach boring. Only 2 progam on The rooms tv.
Situated near the beach, this property is 3.8 mi (6.2 km) from Kardamena Port.
Pros: The Hotelroom was very beautiful.
Cons: The food was very bad! Even though I booked all inclusive I almost never ate at the hotel. The entertainment team was always playing extremely loud music at the pool area or was screaming words into their microphone. I found it very annoying! Even in the evening I couldn’t sit there and enjoy a glass of wine because of that. The beach was overcrowded with old and uncomfortable sunbeds and the beach bar was not at all a place were you want to sit down to drink something. I tried to spend as less time as possible at the hotel and went to town with the bus everyday. If you are not a family who likes to be entertained all the time I really don’t recommend you the mitsis family village! This place was not at all like they praised themselves on their homepage.
Pros: Absolutely stunning hotel and complex, room was brilliant. Was greeted with cakes and a fruit bowl in our room. Staff was lovely, even paid to stay an extra night.
Cons: Nothing it was brilliant.
Pros: The room
Cons: The food/drink
Pros: Very nice resort for a perfect family vacation! We have been accommodated in family suits with a shared pool, which was a nice touch! The suits are very well sized, with everything we've needed. The food in the restaurant and beach bars was excellent and varied. The stuff everywhere in the resort was kind, helpful, smiled. The beach is not sandy, but the sea and the fishes in it are amazing! Thanks Mitsis family village for our unforgettable vacation!
Cons: There is not a restaurant outside. The waiters in the restaurant are grabbing our plates with no finished food. Very unpleasant!
Pros: While a little dated, the place was spotless and the staff made the holiday. The beach was excellent and we all enjoyed the whole experience. We'll definitely return.
Pros: The icecream, the beverages, the pool in the room
Pros: Loved the pool and their the staff ( waiters and bar service excellent ) Although we didn't join in with daily activities the entertainment team were super fun .Food was excellent with a huge choice .
Cons: Room cleaning was not the best standard .Balcony not swept however was rectified when reported .mini bar not filled as advertised...shower curtains needs replaced .

Pros: Basic but large, comfortable and very clean room. Pool bar / kitchen had excellent menu.
Cons: Couldn’t really fault anything.
Pros: Exceptionally clean and well located. Lovely pool area. Dino on pool bar really nice. Main bar area good.
Cons: Looked shut on arrival had to check in at pool not clearly sign posted. No help offered with heavy luggage for a solo woman. Only 1 pillow per bed and no blanket in cupboard just a sheet.
Pros: Love the location, 2nd year we have been coming, lovely comfortable rooms. A really nice place.
Pros: Location pool staff friendly and helpful reasonable food at pool bar
Cons: Ac not adequate could do with tee towel and dish cloth to wash and dry dishes
Pros: It was somewhere to sleep
Cons: I was tricked into signing something I didn’t want to. The staff were slightly unpleasant and the rooms were very basically cleaned. The maid turned up at random points through the day not allowing us to sleep as it was mandatory to have the room cleaned. I’m very disappointed by the service at this hotel. I will not be coming back.
Pros: A really smart, clean and comfortable room and pool area. The room was clean and accesible and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Nothing - no compalints from my stay here.
Pros: Friendly host nice clean apartment. Good location close to main street. Pool area kept clean and a good snack bar.

Pros: staff are amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. Hotel was wonderfull , food very nice, really clean facilities. We will deffinatly be going again. So much to do at the hotel and on the beach.
Cons: general public slamming doors. Everything else was perfect.
Pros: Staff were excellent, very friendly
Cons: salt water pools
Cons: This is not a five star or anywhere near close the pullout bed for our son was appalling and he ended up sleeping on the floor the bedrooms need a serious upgrade we had to ask for plugs for sink and bath.
Pros: The view and the sea.
Cons: The manager refused to accept that we had bed bugs in our room. We were bitten all round our elbows multiple times. Even when we could see them stripping the room of all soft furnishings. They were all over the bed and infected our suitcases. They promised to wash everything and returned everything looking like rags even a new dress I hadn’t wore. They did move us to another room which took over two hours and ruined our day Also they insisted, which I refused to, to get the free laundry , what a joke , I had to sigh. A disclaimer. When we left the manager refused to give us his name and called me a liar. I’ve never been so insulted.
Pros: Liked the view and food
Cons: Sone of the staff, espacially who checked us in was very rude. Room was pathetic. The baby cot was broken. Airconditioner was not working. We had to sleep in heat the entire night. The receptionist was most unhelpful as he could be. We complained 4 times during the night we checked in. Neither did he change the room nor did he provide a fan. After 9 hours of journey, this was the least we expected out of a so called 5 star hotel. The bathroom was pathetic too. Shower was not working. There was some sort of leakage and floor used to get wet. Overall dont understand who gave 5 star rating to the hotel.
Pros: The infinity pools were beautiful and the sea views amazing
Cons: It was very difficult to get a sunbed by the infinity pools - which is a shame as I would like to have spent some time there
Pros: Great views, and superb value for money
Cons: The food selection was very limited in the buffet and quite repetitive

Pros: Nice lobby. Large room. Nice view. Good AC
Cons: Small, old shower. Understaffed. Breakfast was ok, but nothing great.
Pros: The owner's assistance
Cons: The way to get the hotel
Pros: Nice place, close to nice beaches and restaurants. Kind service of the staff, helpful for transfer from the airport.
Pros: friendly helpful staff, nice clean and comfy room, continental breakfast was nice with lots of choice. would stay there again
Cons: nothing, but would need a torch walking back at night
Pros: Staff is great people...
Pros: Everything about this place was great. It was perfectly clean when we arrived, and a cleaning lady comes everyday as well. The hotel is located just in front of a bus station, which comes in handy when you want to visit other cities close by (ex. Kos, or the center of Kefalos). It also happens to be next to different restaurants and a night shop/supermarket. The breakfast had a variety of things, marmelades, fruits, cereals, tea, coffee, cheese and ham, and depending on the day, homemade cakes and other pastries. And last but not least, the family running the hotel was absolutely lovely, always available in case you need help, making the place cosy and warmly, which makes you feel like home, wherever you come from.
Cons: Bathroom should be renovated, pipe was leaking. Basic breakfast.
Nestled on the beach, this Kos property is within 1 mi (2 km) of Kamari Beach and Kefalos Beach. Agios Stefanos Beach and Therma Beach are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Everything! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor is very modern and looks amazing. The food is delicious. The entertainment is very professional, the best we have seen at any hotel.
Cons: Unfortunately, we did not get the use of a mini as there were none available. Apparently there are only 15 for all of the guests and the hotel was full. I believe they have ordered more for next year
Pros: Location, pool, quality of food and wine and the service.
Cons: Loved everything
Pros: Great hospitality! Very good food and choice of food. Innovative programs: Dine out as part of all-inclusive, rental car for a day included etc..
Cons: Process until we had our room could be improved: We arrived very early in the morning, but were a bit left in the dark, when the rooms would be available.
Pros: Absolutely fantastic so well looked after the staff are brilliant. Had the best time ever.
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: We just came back from a 5 night vacation at the resort. Everything was more than amazing! We got a junior suite with a garden and sea view that was perfect. The staff came to do our beds twice a day. There’s room service 24/7 for snacks and drinks (all included, no extra charge - with plenty to choose from, alcohol food snacks etc) The all inclusive offer includes meals at 8 restaurants (4 for breakfast and lunch, 5 if you have deluxe privileges and 8 for dinner). I recommend to book tables for dinners in advance on the resort's app. (ikos) All the restaurants were amazing and I highly recommend all of them. The food was very fresh and the taste was mind blowing, i'd recommend eating at the french restaurant it was the best to our taste. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They were a lot beyond our expectations The hotel offers numerous pools, with different views and even 1 for adults only for a quiet vacation.. There are pools and beach bars with drinks (and alcoholic drinks) that were really nice. The hotel’s beach was so wide and pretty, also they have a lot of sun chairs and shades. At the beach, there are a water sport activities for free like pedal boat and extra charge activities like scuba diving (that was extraordinary) We also found out you can book a car (mini copper) and pay only for gas and insurance (also recommend to book in advance). The spa was really nice and got unique facilities. Treatments at the spa were a bit to expensive in my opinion, but a real treat and very classic/.. My fiancée and me got engaged at the resort and i'd like to shout-out Margaret for being really dedicated to help arrange the proposal, it was amazing! (THANK YOU MARGARET) It was the most amazing vacation we could hope for.
Cons: The cocktails can be better
Pros: From the Nespresso machine in the room with snack and bar items, to the robes and beautiful bathroom, to the gorgeous patio with lounge chairs facing the beach... we loved it! Clean, quiet modern rooms.
Cons: Deluxe pool area was very large and busy, didn't feel deluxe or exclusive. Went to the adult pool, and that fit the bill.
Pros: The attention to detail was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The resort was so beautiful.
Cons: Nothing bad to say. Having to leave was the only bad thing.
