    Good food, nice staff and clean bungalows.

    Poorly clean pools, especially for children, with accumulated sand at the bottom and mud at the edges.

    Charming place, great ambiance, great massage, right at the beach, comfortable and large rooms, great pool, transportation to the city every night! It is really magic! Great guitar player at dinner time!

    Lunch service is weak! First day lunch was cold! Second day we ordered lunch but they forgot to place the order.

    The beach is beautiful.

    The resort staff is among the worst I've ever seen. They definitely need more training. We've felt like staying in a cheap hotel. We've stayed 5 days in the resort and our restroom was never cleaned. The bed is small (you expect a king size when you pay more than 1k usd per night). The food and the drinks were also terrible, no taste at all and the drinks were full of water. I really regret spending this holiday in txai and I will never come back.
