Pros (+) The plumbing was very good. Good pressure and plenty of hot water for a shower/bath.
Cons (-) The appearance was drab. It seemed a lot of money for an old looking facility and not breakfast not even coffee in the morning. The reception area smelled of spicy food.
Pros (+) Price. Very large room. Very good quality king size mattress. Very good quality flat TV + HBO and other channels. Free parking + day/night surveillance. Proximity to my work while looking for a permanent place. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The common area (stairs) could be cleaner. I could hear noisy neighbors walking inside or outside.
