Pros (+) Kowloon City area was interesting.
Cons (-) Room was much older than expected. Cleanliness was good, but couldn't make up for the fact the room really needs to be renovated. Way past due for a renovation, especially in the washroom. We were staying 3 adults in a triple room, and the clerk initially refused to issue more than 2 key cards. Location is a bit out of the way. No MTR within walking distance, you need to use the buses.
