Good location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, free shuttle bus, good restaurant.
Gym bit too small
Nice view from the 20th floor, unlimited bed sheets and blanket changes, comfortable bed, excellent room service and in room dining options, friendly and courteous staff and management. Every person, from the Front Office Managers to the Front Office Staff and Guest Reservation Agents are fantastic and courteous people! Their training standards are strict but fair. Most of their employees look happy to show up to work punctually every day. The Dorsett Happy Hour free drinks and hors-d'œuvres were nice, but cold. The breakfast staff at OneFishOne restaurant need some more training on being welcoming to all hotel guests. Some of them need training in cultural sensitivity and pleasant demeanour. This hotel chain is a very competitive and vital asset to the tourism industry in Hong Kong. They have the potential to set the trends for universal benchmarks in customer service, employee morale and training. Miss Anita Chan is a vital asset to the company. Last but not least, I'd like to thank all the employees, from the lobby to the 27th storey of this magnificent four star hotel, for their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. OneFishOne even allowed me and my girlfriend to complete our breakfast well past the 1030am deadline, though they removed some breakfast items in preparation for lunch. They treat you very...VERY well at The Dorsett Mongkok hotel in Hong Kong! I LOVE YOU very...VERY much Ladies and Gentlemen! I eagerly look forward to staying at your hotel again...and again! Thank you!
One needs to be a gymnast to access the toilet paper. The bathroom doors are too narrow. The shampoo and body wash don't come out of the Blue bottles easily. There is NOTHING really "EXECUTIVE" about the Executive Lounge. Cheap potato crisps and biscuits, with no nutritional value whatsoever. Only coca cola cans and water. Nothing else. No midnight snacks available because no room service after 1030pm. The last order for food has to be placed before 1030pm local time.
Barhroom without door lock and it’s not concealed
The shuttle buses are a bonus, quite handy.
Comfortable bed and very quiet place
I waited for more than 5 minutes for the hot water comming from the spray.
