Pros (+) The free shuttle bus as nice and the breakfast at $50HK was such great value for money. The rooms where clean and well kept and the free phone / wifi was awesome.
Cons (-) Location is a little bit away from tourist areas but we already knew this. The rooms where a little cramped and glass walls on the bathroom (even with the frosted glass strip) are still weird..

Pros (+) The location of this hotel cannot be beat for being a 5 minute walk from the Olympic MTR and the free shuttle to the Ladies Market, temple street and the Star ferry every hour is a cost saver. Also note this hotel is the last stop on the K5 free airport shuttle for travellers using the Airport express train to get into Hong Kong. Always taxis available outside

Pros (+) Nice clean room with a double bed and two single beds for a family of four. Located in a neighborhood with good access to local food and transportation. The metro was within walking distance and also the convenience of the hotel shuttles to different spots within the city.
Cons (-) Not sure if other tourists had similar experience as us. In HK and Macau we felt the locals didn't smile and unable to offer assistance on simple topics and that made our interactions a little distant.

Pros (+) We paid for the executive room with breakfasts and access to the executive lounge. The room was ok, though bed a bit hard. Tv was good, a few English channels. The breakfast was fine, all buffet and prepared. The executive lounge is small and functional.
Cons (-) We called up room service to say we lost the tv remote after a room clean. The guy came in and asked my wife to get out of bed to look for it, even though she was in her pyjamas. She felt violated by this guy's aggressive search. We just wanted a new remote.
