Room was small and cramped for 4 people. No drawers for clothing. Shower was open at the back so sprayed onto bathroom floor. Has only 2 elevators that can hold a maximum of 8 people at a time and one wasn’t operating some of the time, so sometimes we had to wait a while. Pros (+) We were upgraded to a cabana room without asking, which was amazing. The hotel itself is a historical beauty! And location is great
Cons (-) Really no complaints. I do wish the pool was open later though so we could have enjoyed it more

Pros (+) Great location! Restaurant open 24/7 with amazing burgers.
Cons (-) A dresser for clothes in the room would have been nice. There were hangers but no space to put other items from suitcase.

Pros (+) Valet was great, room was clean and enjoyable.
Cons (-) The service was horrible! The bartenders and waitstaff in 3 different venues within the hotel were awful! Rude, not attentive at all, for a place that automatically adds 18% gratuity on top of the additional tip, shame on them for having bad staff at such a iconic and beautiful hotel. This literally ruined the ambience and enjoyment of my stay.

Pros (+) The hotel is tired. It has two elevators that hold ten passengers. One of the elevators was often out of order. Sometimes there were guests stuck in the elevator. There was no way to use the stairs so wait times to get to our room were long. Our room was small. The TV was not working well. Mediocre at best.

Pros (+) I told them we were staying for a special occasion and they had the availability to upgrade our room. Very accommodating made the night special for us, despite the many events happening in and arround the hotel (holiday parties etc.)
