The staff were amazing!! So helpful and even made me a fruit platter for my birthday. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
That I had to leave and couldn’t stay longer.
Very helpful and friendly staff, helped us organise our flights and transfers onto our next destination and were very flexible in allowing us to stay for an extra night at short notice. Beautiful pool area.
We were put on the very top floor which we loved! Wouldn’t be ideal if you have trouble with stairs or heavy luggage as there’s no lift, but we loved it as there was communal space up there to look out on the views! We were also able to do a laundry service which was much appreciated and not too expensive. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The breakfasts were a little disorganised if there was a few people down at once but overall pretty good with lots of options. Coffee extremely poor unfortunately. One thing we were disappointed with was that we had organised a taxi to pick us up from the train station through the hotel yet when we arrived it wasn’t there. We phoned and were told it hadn’t been booked or communicated back to the hotel. If you’re doing this I’d triple check the booking. Ended up paying less for a taxi from the station anyway however.
Just a short walk to the ancient town. Breakfast was ok. Staff quite nice, until check out day then they basically wouldn’t talk to us.
Very noisy! Construction happening from before 5am some mornings, angle grinders ect. Traffic is also crazy loud. Pool gets basically no sun so no chance to laze around as it’s more or less in the reception. Hoi An is not what it once was - tourism has exploded and the noise really is not the fault of the hotel, it’s just the town is so heaving now the noise and traffic is hard to avoid.
The staff was phenomenal and the location was great for exploring.
