Pros:
I got excellent service when I picked up the car. They gave me options to choose from and really went above and beyond what I normally expect from Hertz. (I have been a Hertz gold member for about 12 years). However when I got my receipt I found there was a $190 charge for "damage". There were some lousy pictures of the alleged "damage" but it looked like normal wear - maybe a suitcase dragged across the bumper as it was being pulled from the back of the vehicle. The "damage" would probably come out with a good car washing! So good car, excellent pickup experience but I leave feeling like I was ried off.10,0 Wonderful

My dropoff location was different but in the same city as my pickup location. I liked that I wasn't charged any extra fees.Cons:
The car quality was mediocre. I couldn't get information on my international booking by contacting the 1-800 customer service.10,0 Wonderful
