Pros:
Quick pickup and answered questions. Upon return I explained to the gentleman that I needed assistance to get to terminal 2, as I use crutches. His reply was "Let's make it happen" and he dropped me off at the terminal. Made my day!!Cons:
Location was a bit of a hassle to get to and not easy to find on return. GPS needs update as it was difficult to input tourist sites and even location of return.8,4 Very Good

I had a flight delay and needed to confirm and hopefully alter my pickup date but in spite of hours spent it was impossible to get hold of anyone even direct by phone to sixt hq or the rental office and they have no live chat. Seems from other reviews unanswered calls is normal.10,0 Wonderful

I liked how the handled. Also appreciated the auto transmission.Cons:
Did not like lack of baggage space. There were too many blind spots, windows too small. Passenger space in the back was cramped and the seat backs in front combined with small window viewing made it hard for passengers to enjoy the scenery. A GPS wou ld have also been helpful.10,0 Wonderful

Great service when i had to charge the vehicle type with email, I filled out all the information on the web site so it was very fast getting the car at Helsinki airport. Nice car (SUV) great on fuel.Cons:
Nothing about Sixt but Kayak conformation did not include the "security code" so i could not change my reservation through the web site. However i contacted them via email and they made my changes and sent a Sixt conformation with "security code "GREEN MOTION
