We had the best pho here. Amazing breakfast, there were lots of choices. Room service was very fast and good. Also had the best pepperoni pizza. Loved having the choice of indoor and outdoor pool.
The staff at the rooftop bar was a little slow, we had to try and make eye contact with the staff to get their attention to come back and take our order. If we didn’t do this they wouldn’t have come back. There should be a sauna room in the women’s leisure section as I was looking forward to using this the most but couldn’t.

The location was superb and the panoramic view of Hanoi at level 57 was phenomenal!!! The staff were very attentive! Will definitely stay at Lotte Hanoi!
The shower gels and shampoo is not enough and didn’t replenish after making up the hotel.. I didn’t ask for it as I’m too lazy.. use my own product instead

The staff is very professional and kind. The operator Cindy Tran helps me on my almost lost phone but finally I found it. Thanks for her help and the kindness of the team. Thanks to Lotte Hotel management team.

It’s very convenient with Lotte department store and Lotte mart. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop bar at 65F, i can not forget the night view, the wind and the music~ it’s just fantastic memory!! The room cleaning and care, it is excellent and even impressive. I’ve really enjoyed the stay here in Lotte Hotel.
